First, your PCP: You may have anything from a fungus infection to a hernia. Your fp would be a good place to start to either begin a specific treatment for infection, or to refer you to a surgeon for an umbilical hernia repair. There may be plenty of things between those 2 extremes, but your primary care provider will help to point you in the right direction.
