PMS Sx's may include: fluid retention wi abdominal bloating & weight gain, breast enlargement & tenderness, muscle cramps or joint pain (especially abdominal, back or thigh pain), nausea (sometimes vomiting), constipation or loose bowel movements, ^'ed acne, feeling tired, insomnia, mood swings, irritability, depressed mood, crying spells, poor concentration, carbohydrate craving, changes in appetite & anxiety.
