No certain pattern: If there is no pathological issue and you are simply reacting to hormonal variations, it may suggest less distress over time - you might as well look toward that once you know you are healthy. It will make it even more likely to lessen a bit at least. Best wishes!

PMS Symptoms may get: worse with age and stress. The rise and fall of hormones appear to cause it. Anxiety and depression increase susceptibility and may be aggravated by PMS. Be aware of your patterns and address what makes it worse and do what makes it better. Diet, sleep, and exercise changes may help. Uncertain regarding calcium. If significant distress seek evaluation with health care provider. Best regards.
