Unlikely: Surgery is the most common method for reducing breast size. Weight loss can also decrease breast size for overweight patients. Consult your local board certified plastic surgeon for your specific options.

Not usually: Binding the mature breast will not effect its size. Children that have burns will have abnormal breast development due to the skin not being able to grow.
