Anxiety???: Anxiety involves a cluster of symptoms. You can talk with a mental health provider to determine if your symptoms fit a diagnosis of anxiety. Sometimes feeling anxious may be time/situation limited.

See below: Is this a new or old symptom? You might want to start by calling your primary care to see if there's no physical causes for your anxiety. Scheduling appointment and getting evaluated by a qualified mental health professional (psychiatrist, psychologist). Self-diagnosis are not always a great idea. Once you've been diagnosed, you can work on symptom awareness, self-care, coping, etc.
