Nope.: Sorry, not true. Haven't heard that one before. If you are very nearsighted, your eyes will look smaller in glasses than in contacts, but that is because the lens in the glasses causes the image we see of your eyes to appear smaller (not because they actually are smaller).

No: Circle lenses (contacts) can make eyes look bigger artificially due to extra tint to make the iris larger.
