A member asked:

Why do people need to be concious for stem cell transplants when it is so painful?

Real surgeons have: Anesthesia available, so if this is "mandated" as local anesthesia only, this may be a non-surgeon doing these controversial and unproven fat graft sessions in an office exam room or procedure room (since s/he may not have credentials at a surgical facility with anesthesia capabilities.) beware!
