Hummmm?: They may can be re-ground but quite honestly, you will have to buy a new pair of glasses to rid them of the scratches. If it is a coating that is scratched, the coating may can be removed and/or recoated removing the scratch. Call or see your eyeware dispenser.

Cannot: Replace the lenses. Try anti-scratch coatings, which are scratch resistant.
