Yes: You could try otc dramamine (dimenhydrinate) to see if it helps with dizziness. For that matter, any antihistamine (claritin, zyrtec, allegra) may ease dizziness symptoms. If they don't, then you may need to be evaluated for why you are dizzy: irregular heart rhythm, low lung oxygen levels, anemia, thyroid imbalance, anxiety / hyperventilation, etc. Start with the easy stuff, and go from there if you're not better.
