Many RLS causes: There are many causes of restless leg syndrome is often related to other medical problems such : iron deficiency, peripheral neuropathies, kidney problems, certain medications, chronic pain especially sciatica and varicose veins which is can be a completely treatable cause. However most commonly it occurs by itself and there is no cure only treatments for the symptoms.

Waxing/spider veins: It is safe to wax legs if you have either red or blue spider veins. If you have had either sclerotherapy or laser treatment of these veins then you should wait at least 2 weeks after the treatment before waxing and longer if there is any residual redness or irritation.
