Depends: I agree with dr. Fowler. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Both are benign conditions, both are unsightly. Spider veins are easier to treat.

Both cause problems.: Spider veins are due to genetics, sun exposure, pregnancies, hormones and sometimes refluxing vein valves. Cellulite is usually genetic and thought to be both hormonal and pregnancy related. If you have either one of these or both then , for you, this is a troublesome problem. Neither is worse than the other and both can be treated but may require long term maintenance.
