What is this small hole between the bridge of my nose and my eye? how do i get it fixed?

Punctae: Tere is an opening in the eyelids on the nose side that allows the tears to drain. If the hole is else where it may be a fistula. No need to close the punctuate, but a fistula needs to be removed. Need to have this examined.
