Belly Bulge: Usually the lower belly bulges because below the belly button, there is less internal support for the abdominal wall. This makes the internal organ bulge slightly and is often more pronounced following pregnancy. It can be corrected with tightening of the fascia during abdominoplasty surgery. Weight loss can help as well as exercises such as crunches and leg lifts.
