Unscented: Unfortunately no dish soap is "good" for eczema but there are soaps that make fragrant-free preparations that will not be as aggressive on your skin. The best way to do dishes with bad eczema is to wear protective rubber gloves to avoid contact with harsh soaps and hot water. Or better yet have someone else in the house do the dishes instead! Doctors orders...
