Flexibility: You are wise to want to work on your flexibility. Flexibility and balance are important. However, there is no short cut. You can learn and practice several stretching exercises, but I recommend that you gradually increase your activity, just like with cardiovascular exercise. You can cause injury by trying to move too quickly. Yoga is excellent for building strength, balance, and flexibility.
