Symptomatic treatmen: Assuming this infection has started within the last few days it is most likely a viral illness. Antibiotics won't make a difference. Treatment is symptomatic. I would use Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for the fever or actually for the fact that she is feeling poorly as the fever itself is not a problem. For the cough i'd recommend a teaspoon of honey. Ina few days she'll feel better.
