How would i know &/or what happens if a complex with daughter ovary cyst ruptures. 5x3x4cm?

Pain: Usually something that size that ruptures will cause a lot of pain and perhaps even be similar to appendicitis pain. It would catch your attention and prompt a visit to your doctor or emergency room.If it ruptures and she has no pain then her body has handled it.

Blood in the belly: The rupture of a sizable ovarian cyst usually releases a specific quantity of blood into the belly that will settle through gravity to the deep inferior pelvis. This happens on a small scale with ovulation. The blood is irritating to the abdominal contents & can produce pain that persists in any position but is worse in some. An ultrasound can locate the blood & eliminate worry about other probs.
