Ocular migraine: Ocular migraines can as well as poor blood flow to the occipital lobes of the brain. Both of theses would the vision of both eyes at the same time. If only one eye is affected it could be a retinal migraine or transient central retinal artery occlusion, with cilio-retinal artery sparing of the central vision. See an ophthalmologist.
