Can brain lesion cause peripheral vision loss?

Yes: Brain lesions -either tumor, hemorrhages or trauma can cause vision loss. Much of the brain is used for processing visual information and even slight trauma may produce a visual field defect. It's usually a good idea to see an ophthalmologist and get a baseline visual field test.
