Slightly hypothyroid: You're likely to be slightly hypothyroid due to your slightly low t4. This is still low despite a high TSH level. Your T3 (liothyronine) is also low. There are many causes for this, but the treatment is levothyroxine, or synthroid. So see your doctor to get a work-up for the cause and get treated. Best of luck.
