Hypothyroid: Your tests indicate that you are hypothyroid (low thyroid). The high antibody levels are consistent with autoimmune (hashimoto's thyroiditis) as the cause for your low thyroid. You need to be on thyroid hormone. This will improve your thyroid levels, but the antibodies will remain high. There is no treatment needed for the antibodies.
