Dyshidrosis always seems to occur on same spot, same finger in winter. i don't wear rings. middle finger, distal joint. skin cracks. why same spot?

Skin Sensitization: The skin has changed in those areas so that it is more sensitive to irritants and allergens. Check with a dermatologist to get suggestions for decreasing the sensitivity.

Same spot: There may be no known reason why the dyshidrosis also occurs on the same spot. That may be your domaninant hand and you may tend to do certain things with that finger. Washing your hands alot and not wearing gloves in the winter makes it worse. You should see a dermatologist for a cortisone cream. It is a treatment, but not a cure. Always use a mild soap when washing.
