NO: Your cervix should close immediately after an abortion- if the abortion is 'complete'. You can't get pregnant 'immediately' afterwards b/c your body wont be ovulating for a little while after the abortion occurs.

Normal: The normal cervix is always "open". If the cervix is not open then conception cannot happen. The menstrual flow would be retained in the uterus , which would soon become a big problem.
