Nobody knows: A 1 cm cyst in a 24 yo. Woman is not of concern assuming that it is a simple, non-complicated cyst. Paraovarian means that it is near the ovary. These types of cysts often occur without explanation and are usually of no clinical signifcance. A repeat ultrasound in three months and consultation with your physician is recommended.
