My dermatologist prescribed a cream for acne vulgaris it says it takes 6 weeks to notice difference but it hasn't seemed to help any ideas?

Acne : It does take time and often combination therapy ( antibacterial washes, creams , or gels , retinoid creams or gels in various strengths, and in some cases oral agents). Let your dermatologist know your progress in order to modify your treatment.
