Weight loss program: I would recommend a physician supervised weight loss program to get the maximum weight loss in the shortest time. Patients can lose up to 3-5 lbs/week. This may not be the best way to lose weight, but it maybe what some people need to get healthy and then work on keeping the weight off. This rapid weight loss can cause other issues and so a physician supervised program would be best.
