Swelling: The eyelid would be swollen with possible blisters and itchy. Wash the area to remove the allergen and see a doctor for proper treatment. An eye doctor or opthamologist would be appropriate.

Poison ivy: The eyelid can be very very swollen and red, there may or may not be blisters. The white cornea can become very inflammed.
