Appendectomy/piles: Appendectomny hsould not ause piles. Maybe your child has another underlying abdominal problem and may have presented with appendicits or appendicitis like symptoms. You should go and see a gastroenterologist as it is nto common to have hemorrhoids at this age especially if she has no constipation.
