May be serious.: May beneurologic secondaryto abnormality in the function of the peripheral nerves; might be vascular and secondary to poor circulation, including possible decreased circulation to the hear. You should have this numbness cjecked out be your doctor, who may refer you to a neurologist or cardiologist or other specialist.
