Mask: You can wear a surgical mask or a scarf even. I dont recoomend gloves. Carry instant hand sanitizer so u can quickly sanitize after you touch something.

Paranoia: Your question has some anxiety component. Short answer: no. I suggest you talk to your pcp or psychiatrist to diminish your anxiety. Also follow what everybody is doing. Mask, gloves are rare think when there are no epidemics.
