Yes: Get vaccinated! this year's flu vaccines covers you against swine flu and the other two strains of flu that may be prevalent this year. The sooner you get the flu shot, the sooner you are protected from getting swine flu!

No sure way but:: There is no completely fool-proof method but there are several ways to reduce your chances of getting it. Swine Flu: To avoid catching the Flu – wash your hands often or use alcohol – based sanitizers. Wash hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Coughing or sneezing into elbow helps to contain germs. Avoid crowds of people. Get your annual flu shot.
