1 month of Rx's: As a disaster preparedness instructor, i recommend people have at least 1 months supply of all prescription medications. You should also have a photocopy of a recent prescription, as well as a copy of your insurance and pharmacy card. In addition, one should have an equivalent supply of otc tylenol (acetaminophen) and motrin. Don't let these expire by rotating them in with your current "everyday" supply.
