Antibiotic: Take the ring out. Go get an antibiotic from your doctor and never get a tongue ring again.

Visit your dentist: You should visit your dentist, oral surgeon or physician. They will diagnose the condition and most likely prescribe oral antibiotics which should resolve the infection. Do not wait or the infection could worsen.
