One side of my face doesn't move when i talk (esp when hurriedly or angrily), but talking isn't affected. if i intentionally move both sides of face when talking, my face will look normal.

Interesting: Bell's palsy is an affectation of the 7th cranial nerve that can affect the musculature of the face. Consider an evaluation by an oral surgeon and/or neurosurgeon.

Need immediate attn: If this is a change from how you used to be get checked asap! this may be a problem with the nerve supply to your face. Someone needs to see you to know if it's minor and probably temporary or is part of a serious problem needing immediate treatment!
