Speech delay: Enlarged adenoids is not known to cause speech delay. You might want to have your pediatrician check the baby's hearing and possibly refer you to a neurologist for an evaluation.

No: No,unless she has middle ear fluid,for some time,you should have that checked,if yes,consider tubes,in ears,,following antibiotic failure
