Just one month?: It is completely normal to not become pregnant on the first month of trying to conceive (that means nothing special needs to be done nor thought about). Normal couples can normally take several months before naturally conceiving through typical sexual activities, such staying relaxed and having sex a couple times a day during the 3 days before ovulation, on ovulation day, and the day after.

Be patient: The rate of pregnancy is about 20% per month. Make sure you are having intercourse before ovulation in that sperm lives 7 days and it can be a long journey to the ovum which only lives 12-24 hours after ovulation. It'll happen soon in all likelihood, make sure your on a prenatal vitamin or folic acid.
