Unlikely : I'm not sure what leads you to think that you are ovulating on day 7 of a 27 day cycle.The length of time it takes for an egg to mature can vary but your period usually starts 14 days after ovulation. There are luteal phase defects in which case this is shorter and there are fertility problems but I know of nothing that would make it longer.Regular 27 day cycles sounds like normal ovulatory cycles
