Anovulation: You've had a cycle in which the ovary failed to release an egg. This disrupts the usual hormone levels and causes the cycle to be abnormal.

Anovulation: Missing your period could also be related to your weight and fluctuations either up or down. Stress can also affect your menses. Repeat your pregnancy test to be sure.
