Observe: This is a common occurence. Watch and if you begin to have a chronic cough, run fever, cough up discolored sputum or have pain or shortness of breath, you would need to be seen. If this is a small insect, the chances are it will disintegrate and be propelled out of the respiratory tree and coughed out or swallowed and with all bronchial secretions.

Bug: Usually swallowed. However, if coughing you should be seen.
