NO ,unless stopped: Tadalafil or cialias is a vasodilator which can cause dilation anywhere in the body. The desired effect helps with ed, erectile dysfunction. Your side effect bulging veins on the sides of the head can't be stopped if you take it. So the only way to avoid the side effect is to not take the medicine.
