Why is every time i make out i get sore throat most of the time on one side?

Sore throat: I assume "make out" means kissing? If so , i'm not sure unless you are catching an infection from your "friend". See an ENT doc for an exam to make sure there is nothing wrong with you. A throat culture of both parties could be valuable.

Hmmmm...: To answer that, one would need to know exactly what it is that you are doing when you 'make-out'. You should be examined by an ENT to see if there is an obvious cause.
