Bleeding somewhere: You need an upper and lower endoscopy to completely rule out bleeding. If none, a capsule endoscopy needs to be considered to evaluate small bowel. Sometimes is not easy to see blood in the stool. Negative blood in the stool does not rule out GI bleeding. I am still concerned about possibility of GI bleeding. Bleeding /oozing from an avm ( arteriovenous malformation) is quite common. Get checked.
