Well, does it: Hurt? It may be an irritated hemmorroid. Just to make a point, not saying this is tou, but up to 30% of adults have antibodies the hsv-2. Up to 70% don't know they carry the virus. If you have a hemmottoid that looks like a canker sore, you may wanna get that checked. It's gotta be painful.
