HIV testing.: Have him go donate a pint of blood to the red cross. They will screen for it and other diseases. If he has hiv, they will notify him and not use the blood. If he's HIV negative, then he will help others by his donation!

Hi! I have made a HIV test 8 months ago and it was negative 0.195. But i did another one today and the result was neagtive the value was 0.505.Why ?
