Raynaud's phenomenon: This sounds like raynaud's phenomenon. Some people have spasm of the blood vessels in their fingers when they are cold, and this leads to color changes, sometimes in all the fingers. Avoiding cold exposure and smoking are helpful. Occasionally this condition can be associated with other problems, and having a doctor check this out could be helpful.
