Possibly: The internet still cannot replace an exam and radiograph to make a diagnosis. See your dentist for an evaluation to see if you can still restore that tooth. If it is wobbly, then you have bone loss which has compromised its support.

Maybe: You might have split the tooth. If that is the case, then it cannot be restored and will need to be extracted. If the infection has worsened, this may have caused increased pain and looseness of the tooth. Should this be the case, then it may not be too late. See the specialist -- the endodontist. Good luck.
