Suggest evaluation: Nice job quitting smoking! having a cough for that long suggests that you should have a physical exam and history with a health professional. Cough may be simply from post-nasal drip, or acid coming up from stomach. But could also be from asthma or other lung problem. Talk to a provider about all the issues, including pain near left breast.
