Dad and brother snore. is it genetics?

Possibly, but...: It might be they are genetically "designed" similarly. Both may have enlarged tonsils, enlarged uvula, small airway spec, large tongue. To name a few. Possibly they are both overweight. Time for both to see their physicians for a complete evaluation and possibly a sleep study to help determine their problem.
