Flank pain: Typically flank pain (i.e. Pain in your lower ack on either side of your spine) is preceded by suprapubic discomfort, urinary frequency, hesitancy, burning pain. Other non- specific symptoms may develop but the ones here are a bit more specific. Regardless, if you think you have a kidney infection, go to your doctor immediately!
