Hmm - : If there is boney deformity that is suggestive of a fracture - however any fracture that is so severe as to cause obvious deformity is likely to very painful. This may be soft - tissue swelling. An individual could also have a small occult fracture. I can not tell you what your injury is. Xrays and other radiographic studies are used to diagnose fractures.
